What we store
When you sign in, we store your account identifier, the email supplied by your sign-in provider and the actions you take, such as saving events, checking in and submitting suggestions.
What appears in your public Sbornik
Your public profile shows your chosen public username, display name and profile photo. Approved check-ins may show the event, settlement, event date, comment, rating and uploaded photo. These entries are used to calculate stamps, badges, rank, collections and overall statistics.
Location
Precise coordinates from Near me and check-in are used temporarily for searching or verification. We do not store visitors’ raw coordinates. The public map shows the settlement centre, rather than a person’s precise location.
What stays private
Your public profile does not show your email, sign-in identifier, precise visit time, raw coordinates, verification distance and accuracy, or internal file paths.
Moderation
A normal check-in is published automatically. The team may later hide or reject content following a report, abuse, a rights dispute or a breach of the rules. Rejected entries do not count towards public history or achievements.
Megdan and your public identity
Topics, replies and reactions in Megdan are public and appear with your public username, photo, rank and a link to your Sbornik. We do not display your email, phone number, sign-in identifier or an uploaded file’s internal path.
Photos, edits and reports in Megdan
Uploaded photos are resized and their metadata is removed before publication. We keep a protected audit history of edits. Reports and reasons for moderation actions are accessible only to the authorised team and are used to investigate violations.
Cookies and analytics
Session cookies are necessary for sign-in. Google Analytics 4 is enabled only after consent and records visits and actions without email, name, phone number or free text. You can change your choice in the privacy settings.
Advertising
Google AdSense may show ads only in preselected public locations. We do not use automatic, floating or interstitial ads. Advertising consent is managed through Google CMP when the service is activated.
Your rights
To delete your account and its associated data, sign in to СБОРЪ.БГ, open Profile, select Delete account and confirm with “ИЗТРИЙ” (DELETE). If the request fails, the site shows an error and your account remains active.
